From September 1, the dialling codes of all 118 towns and villages in Silistra Region were changed. The body of a 19-year-old boy was found in a central park in Bulgaria`s village of Tsar Samuil on Sunday. The victim, Byulen Hasan, died as a result of numerous head injuries, medical experts reported.
According to the Mayor Mehmed Yumer, the youngster has just come back from the capital city of Sofia , where he worked as a building worker.
In the fatal night, Hasan was on his way back to home after a night of clubbing.

A 66-year-old worker in a quarry in the Danube town of Toutrakan has died crushed by a truck during work, authorities reported. The tragic incident happened while the truck was manoeuvring in the plant yard. Investigation on the case continues.
