Bulgaria`s energy tycoon Hristo Kovachki has acquired as a concessionaire the old bathhouse in the southern city of Blagoevgrad
. The concession is for a 25-year term while Kovachki will be mandated to preserve the building`s functional use and increase its capacity. The minimum investment amount, according to the contract, is BGN 4,8 M without VAT.
Kovachki will be paying the minimum concession dues of BGN 144 000 per year. The concessionaire duties include the establishment of two separate baths - male and female, building of a SPA center with Jacuzzi, sauna and a Turkish bath plus a hotel, a 250-seats restaurant, coffee shop and conference hall with a minimum of 120 seats.
