MOUNTAIN ROADS AND PASSES The Republican Road Infrastructure Fund said on December 18 that the high mountain roads were partly iced over. The Troyan -Kurnare, Etroploe - Zlatitsa , Tvurditsa - Elena passes and the Shipkovo - Ribaritsa road were closed.
