A football school that belongs to former national team manager and football superstar Hristo Stoichkov, was inaugurated yesterday in the town of Etropole. After the formal part, the former striker gave an exclusive interview with Sportline.bg.

- Mr. Stoichkov, do you have an idea what are you embarking on and what will be the cost?
- I love working with children; that`s why I decided to do this. My wish was to draft talented pupils from all over Bulgaria into a football class right here in Etropole. And it came true, but not without the help of Minister of Education Daniel Valchev.

- Is this the way to upgrade Bulgaria`s football?
- I won my first title at this very stadium, the Etropole stadium. I think that it is very important to never forget where you started from.

- Obviously, you have done a lot to improve the conditions for practicing football. Now you have to make real players out of the youngsters. Do you think you can do that?
- I will put all my experience from Barcelona in this undertaking. The conditions for living, studying and training are indeed excellent and everything is for free. Be sure that success will come.
