Police officers from the Ministry of Interior Regional Police Directorate in the capital city Sofia seized a man and a woman over selling their baby, the Ministry of Interior`s press office informed.
The investigation has continued for about four months. The two mediators were also arrested.
The police officers from the Ministry of Interior Regional Police Directorate-Sofia and from the Regional Directorate in the town of Botevgrad has started investigation after they received a signal for missing baby from Novachene village. The mother has gone out but without the baby.
The police officers has pointed at one of the versions-illegal taking of the baby out of the country. Border Police check up confirmed police doubts-it became clear the mother ha gone to Greece twice where he met a man and a woman from Borevgrad district.
32-year-old D.F. and 34-year-old P.G. have lived without being married in Thessaloniki so they return to Bulgaria very often. The police also found the baby`s parents A.V. and N.T. have met Albanian citizen with whom they agreed on the price.
