German discounter Penny Market plans to open its first Bulgarian stores by the end of 2009, company manager Vassil Fechko said at the ribbon-cutting ceremony for a logistic centre near Stolnik . The chains plans to develop a 20- to 30-strong store network in Bulgaria, with the first due to spring up in Sofia , Botevgrad , Vratsa and Nova Zagora .
