About 4500 dogs have passed through " Seslavtsi " dog-kennel in 2008, director of EcoBalance Operative Program Dr. Miroslav Naidenov said. He reminded that there is only one Municipal dog-shelter in the capital , which is absolutely not enough. Dr. Naidenov said that dog population has been brought under control and there is no growth in homeless dogs in Sofia .
