Elemag , the Bulgarian chain of gourmet groceries, said it plans to develop the brand in the regional markets after launching a total of three supermarkets in Sofia . The company has secured a lease at a shopping mall center that just opened in Sandanski , South-western Bulgaria , and is in talks for locations in other regional cities as well, said company owner Bozhidar Petrakiev. The Elemag supermarket in the 8,000 sq m Mall Sandanski should welcome its first customers by the end of August 20...
