Foreign investments in real estates in Bulgaria have marked a decline of 10 percent for 2008, Minister of Energy and Economy Petar Dimitrov said. According to the minister, there is a decrease in foreign investments in construction, as well as new hotels and restaurants. Mr Dimitrov said that the supply on the real estate market is higher than the demand, which explains the statistic data. Dimitrov pointed out that there is triple increase in foreign investments in industry and financial brokerage.
Two people died as 31 heavy car crashes were reported overnight across Bulgaria, according to the data of the country`s Interior Ministry. Other 38 people were injured in the hits, as one of them is in critical condition. In the capital city of Sofia, the number of traffic accidents during the same period was 157, including six major car crashes, which left eleven injured.
