Bank has seized the assets of Domokat JSC due to nonpayment of principal, as it is possible to sell them publicly. The public company is specialised in the construction of residential buildings in the area between quarter of Dragalevtsi and the Ring Road in Sofia. Its project, called Panorama, has completed three blocks and envisages the construction of three more, but has stopped.
The report of Domokat JSC shows assets worth BGN 2.76 million and equity of BGN 1.6 million. Obligations to the bank are BGN 1.03 million. The parcel, on which the Panorama project is being constructed, is assessed at BGN 1.9 million in the balance.
The company has no revenues in the first nine months of 2011, the main shareholder in the company with a share of 99.72% is Domokat SA, Greece.
