Citizens of Sofia Chepintsi district staged a protest Monday as they have not yet received compensations to cover damages on their houses destroyed after the explosions in Chelopechene military storehouses some 20 days ago. The dust in Chelopechene`s and Chepintsi air is twice over the permited area, Sofia Regional Inspectorate of Environment and Water reports. They said that the dust is not bad for the health. The highest rates had been registered on Thursday at about 22.00 o` clock in Chepintsi. The mobile station of Environment Executive Agency has been situated in Chepintsi. They had been measured the quality of the atmosphere during the whole night.

Two men who kidnapped a young woman from the town of Hisarya were caught by the police, the press centre of the Plovdiv police department reported. Last night, about 02.00 AM, the 19-year-old girl, resident of Hisarya , was forced into a Mercedes car by two strangers. News: CEZ Ceases Electricity Supply in Area of Military Storehouse Explosion

CEZ provider has ceased the electricity supply in the villages located near the military facilities in Sofia`s district of Chelopechene, shaken by a powerful explosion early on Thursday. The measure was taken at the request of the National Service "Fire Safety and Population Protection". Chelopechene and certain areas of the villages of Yana, Kremikovtsi and Botunec already have no electricity supply. It will be stopped also in Chepintsi and Lokorsko within the next few hours. There are no damages reported on CEZ facilities, the company announced.
