Sofia Mayor Boyko Borissov is to open Tuesday a renovated park in the capital`s Botunets district . A total of BGN 104,000 has been allocated to the restoration of the green spot from the budget of Sofia Municipality. There have been constructed a playground and a fountain. More flowers, bushes and trees have also been planted as part of the restoration project`s development.

CEZ provider has ceased the electricity supply in the villages located near the military facilities in Sofia`s district of Chelopechene, shaken by a powerful explosion early on Thursday. The measure was taken at the request of the National Service "Fire Safety and Population Protection". Chelopechene and certain areas of the villages of Yana, Kremikovtsi and Botunec already have no electricity supply. It will be stopped also in Chepintsi and Lokorsko within the next few hours. There are no damages reported on CEZ facilities, the company announced.
