A 46-year-old man with a criminal record was shot at his stomach in Sofia`s Bakston neighbourhood on Thursday morning. Petar Kamenov has been rushed to Pirogov Emergency Institute immediately after the incident. His life is still in danger, doctors said. Witnesses reported the victim was attacked by two men, who have run away from the spot after committing the crime. Kamenov has a criminal record over beating a police official and tax frauds, authorities informed. The circumstances that led to the shooting are still under investigation.
