The blockade of border checkpoints with Greece hits business of the hotel owners, restaurants and shops in the town of Sandanski. There are no buses with tourists from our southern neighbor in Sandanski this week. "It is same from the last Tuesday, when the Greek farmers blocked the border. We are blocked too .... ", says Ilia Paskov - the chairman of the "Association of owners of hotels, restaurants and tour operators" in town of Sandanski. Such kind of problems have also the also the businessmen in tourism from Bansko and Petrich. >>
