The number of tourist visits in the town of Sandanski decrease 20 percent, Focus news agency reported. Traditionally, fewer tourists visit the region during the summer but the decrease was greater than usual this year because of the financial crisis. Hotels in Sandanski have come up with various packages in order to attract tourists. The various discounts are just one measure that has been introduced.
