Greek-owned FIA Bulgaria and the local Hadjidimovo municipality have a set up a joint venture for the construction of a villa community and a tech park near the village of Koprivlen, South-western Bulgaria. According to local newspaper Stroitelstvo Gradat, the Greek investors have slated 10 mln levs for the complex which will be located on the road to the Greek border. The development, due for delivery in 2009, will feature 100 houses, hypermarket, sports and parking facilities and a center for medical tourism.
