| The American investments in military bases in Bulgaria will amount to a total of $120-150 million. The greatest sum of money will be poured into the military base in Novo Selo while the military airport in Bezmer is expected to become one of the six strategic US air bases out of the USA. It is expected to become a peer of the air bases Aviano (Italy), Incirlik (Turkey), Ramstein (Germany). The runway will be extended and the investments in it will exceed 30 million euro. |

| A military town for 500 US servicemen and their families will be built near the Novo Selo base. It will stretch over 5 ha and will boast all necessary amenities - medical centers, gyms, libraries, convenience stores and daycare centers for children.
