Kazanlak -based pharmaceutical company Bulgarian Rose Sevtopolis JSC is starting the construction of new facilities. According to estimates the investment will reach about BGN 10 million. Construction works are planned to start within a few months. A joint venture of Bulgaria`s Monolit and Germany`s Parabel AG will build a 50 megawatt solar park near the town of Maglizh , in southern Bulgaria. The photovoltaic park will cover a total area of 140 hectares and its average annual output is expected to satisfy the energy needs of 20,000 households. Italian bottle-top maker Guala Closures opened a 2.0 million euro plant in Kazanlak, in southern Bulgaria, the local authorities said. The new plant spreads on 10,000 square metres and will create more than 300 jobs, the Kazanlak municipality said.
