The local Nonius Hemus Group said it will launch a new brand of mineral water on the local market in Apr. The Vega mineral water will be bottled at a facility near the town of Shivachevo. The company, which has a 15-year concession contract on the mineral spring with the municipality of Tvarditsa, has invested 2.5 mln levs in a bottling line and plans to import a line for the bottling of 19 l water-coolers.
MOUNTAIN ROADS AND PASSES The Republican Road Infrastructure Fund said on December 18 that the high mountain roads were partly iced over. The Troyan -Kurnare, Etroploe - Zlatitsa , Tvurditsa - Elena passes and the Shipkovo - Ribaritsa road were closed.
