The Road Infrastructure Agency (RIA) will fine 11 companies responsible for winter cleaning of national roads to pay more than BGN 424,000, the agency reported. Four hospitals were not granted licenses to operate by the Ministry of Health (MH) and will close down, was announced yesterday. The MH has issued licenses to 297 out of total of 312 hospitals that applied for re-registration. The documents of another 11 hospitals are still being filled in. Four small hospitals in the towns of Vidin , Sliven , Mursalevo and Kiten were refused to be issued licenses.
