Holding Nov Vek won the fight with oligarch Nikolay Banev over the ownership of the Gradina Camping ( Kavatsite ) on the Black Sea shore. This happened after the court rejected Banev’s appeal against the public tender that previously awarded the camping to Camp International LTD. Some sources allege that the company is owned by Holding Nov Vek. The holding itself is linked to CCB (Central Cooperative Bank) Group and Chimimport.

There are less than 30 hotels throughout the whole Nessebar municipality , including Sunny Beach resort , according to data from the municipality for paid tourist taxes.
