Politics: Concession of Lozenets beach would be terminated

Concession to beach "Malak Plazh" - Lozenets , Tsarevo municipality , would be terminated unilaterally by the government. The contract, signed with Tema 2 LTD in December 2004, would be terminated for failure of the main duties and conditions under the concession. Checks on inter-agency working group have identified the lack of a second life position, unequipped medical center, a zone free for tourists gear deployment was less than that fixed by law - 50 percent of the active beach area.

All construction sites in the region of Lozenets resort village will be strictly inspected. Lozenets mayor issued the inspection order. Inspectors will be responsible for examining the manner in which all machinery is taken out of the resort area. All entrepreneurs who have failed finalizing construction works will be fined. The fines will reach up to 10 000 leva. Construction has to stop the latest by June 1. The condition of streets in Lozenets will be inspected, as well. If necessary, the municipality will allocate funds for road renovations.

Shareholders in Prime Property BG REIT-Sofia empowered the Board of Directors to sell 10.97 per cent of a 40 407 sq m real estate unit, owned by the fund, located in the Ribarnitsata area in the village of Lozenets ( Tsarevo Municipality ), Bulgarian Stock Exchange- Sofia reported.
The sale price is stipulated at 958 867 euro (excluding VAT) and the buyer is Coral Residence Jsc (the former Coral Holidays Jsc).
