Bulgarian real estate investment trust FairPlay Properties has agreed two investment loans of a combined 4.2m euro, the company said in a filing to the local bourse. The REIT has previously borrowed 5m euro to build its Santa Marina holiday village in Sozopol, on the southern coast. In early 2008 FairPlay Properties raised its capital to 55.83m levs after investors subscribed for a little over 50% of the offered stocks.
