Bulgarian real estate investment trust FairPlay Properties has agreed two investment loans of a combined 4.2m euro, the company said in a filing to the local bourse. The REIT has previously borrowed 5m euro to build its Santa Marina holiday village in Sozopol, on the southern coast.
