The design of the new waste site, to cover an area of 2.7 ha, takes into account the rapid development of the Southern Black Sea coast. The waste site project will be tabled for a public discussion. Weather: Southeastern municipality lifts state of emergency Municipality Ruen >> Tuesday, 2008-01-08 15:12 Source: Focus Agency The southeastern Bulgarian municipality of Ruen in the district of Burgas has lifted the state of emergency declared due to the heavy snowfalls, director of the Civil Protection service in the district of Burgas Yordan Lozev told Focus News Agency. He noted the situation in the district is getting back to normal. No villages have been left without electricity or water. All roads are passable, but the Dyulenski Pass remains closed. It is being cleaned and covered with sand.
