Nearly 200 people have made fast tests for HIV/AIDS in the mobile laboratories of Regional Inspectorate for Public Health Prevention and Control (RIOKOZ) - Burgas , which visited Obzor and Nesebar summer resorts. About 85 people have undergone blood tests by noon in Obzor . The initiate continues in Nesebar as about 110 people have visited the mobile laboratory. The initiative is a part of the summer campaign themed Vacation without Risk and is aimed at youths.

Bulgarian seaside resorts are enjoying increased interest from Latvian and Lithuanian holidaymakers, a hotel and restaurant industry association said. RIU, the international hotel chain, will take over at the Pravets Golf&Spa resort in Pravets, North-western Bulgaria, said Terra Tour Service, the investor in the project. RIU has signed on to run a hotel with over 200 rooms in the resort for a period of five years. The 70 mln lev complex, with an 18-hole golf course, has a footprint of 100 ha and should open for business by the fall of `09. RIU already operates Terra Tour hotels in sea resorts Sunny Beach and Golden sands and in coastal city Obzor.
