The Kamenska Barchina region is located between Malko Tarnovo and Gramatikovo . It is the highest point of the Strandja mountain. Customs officers of the Department Combating Drug Trafficking at Malko Tarnovo border crossing with Customs Burgas seized 58,565 kg of heroin. Customs officers at Malko Tarnovo border checkpoint seized 28 kg of heroin at the amount of more than BGN 3.5 mln, the Regional Customs Agency in the coastal town of Burgas informed. A car has tried to pass the border checkpoint on Wednesday afternoon. Two Bulgarians were travelling in the car. The customs officers found 55 packages with dust like substance, which was tested positive for heroine with high quality at the back seat the car.

Today is final date for submitting proposals for lot 9 for rehabilitation of part of road I-9 Burgas - Marinka - Zvezdets - Malko Tarnovo - Turkish border from km 247+135 to km 308+976 of total length about 62 km. The opening is tomorrow at 12.15. The project includes the traditional rehabilitation works that should be done within 24 months with one year warranty period.
