Freight vehicles are not allowed to continue on the Hemus freeway and are held near the town of Pravets until the road is cleaned. All vehicles must have snow chains in the region of Botevgrad and Smolyan. The Shipkovo-Ribaritsa road is closed. Drivers are advised to follow strictly the road regulations and to be cautious.
