Bulgarian Land Development plc (BLD), the AIM listed Bulgarian residential and commercial development company, has sold 100% of the units it has underwritten at the Evridika Hills development in Pamporovo ski resort , the company said in a filing with the LSE.
BLD acquired 37 units at the Evridika Hills holiday complex, all of which have now been sold, ahead of initial expectations, the company said.

Bulgaria’s Pamporovo ski area has announced plans to build a new POMA six-seater high-speed detachable chairlift between the ski area and the village of Stoikite , turning this existing village in to a ski resort base.
