There is moderate threat of avalanches in mountains, Mountain Rescue Service press office announced. Rescuer on duty said there will be no spontaneous avalanches but they can be raised. The level of an avalanche threat in the mountains decreases, Mountain Rescue Service told Focus News Agency. The snow layer in the mountains is deep and the Service recommends avoiding long trips and walking along marked routes only. It is sunny in the mountains. The temperatures have dipped below zero. It is snowing almost everywhere in Bulgaria, including in the districts of Sofia , Kyustendil , Blagoevgrad , Pazardzhik , Smolyan , Vidin and others.
