A total of four passengers were injured as a heavy chain crash occurred on the road between Bulgaria`s second largest city of Plovdiv and the village of Skutare on Tuesday. The accident occurred after a truck turned round and four cars hit against it, Darik News reported. One of the victims was stuck in a smashed vehicle but due to the immediate reaction of the rescue teams his life was saved. The condition of the other people hurt in the hit is stable, doctors said. The reasons for the accident are still under investigation.

A father of a fifth-grade girl entered her school with a gas pistol in his hand to level it at two of her classmates in Bulgaria`s village of Skutare on Monday. The 39-year-old attacker was detained for 24 hours immediately after the incident. He claimed the two boys, aged 12, regularly tormented his daughter and he decided to take some categorical measures to stop them.
