The Regional Court in Bulgaria`s second largest city of Plovdiv is to hear Tuesday the case against the 21-year-old driver, who caused a heavy crash near the village of Graf Ignatievo few days ago, killing four people. Asparuh Ivanov has run away from the spot but was arrested several hours after the accident. Three of the victims in the hit were prisoners, who have been transported back to jail at the end of their working day in a nearby factory. The driver of the prison`s bus also lost his live in the crash. |
