The dead body of a ranger was found Wednesday near Lyulyakovitsa area (near village of Dobrostan) after a two-day search in Bulgaria`s Stara Planina. Immediate reports claim the 56-year-old man fell over a cliff while being on a beat in the area on Monday. The victim was serving as a security guard in the Regional Forest Management Office in the town of Asenovgrad. The body was discovered by the man`s colleagues from the mountain rescue services. Officers from the regional police station have also taken part in the search. |

Bulgaria police in the southern town of Asenovgrad arrested Thursday night a mathematician over murdering his 80-year old mother. The 48-year-old man personally signalled the police minutes after midnight and cops found the mathematician completely inadequate and his mother stabbed numerous times in the neck.
