Bulgarian municipalities have intensified their interest in the utilisation of mineral springs, which the Bulgarian state grants them under gratuitous concession. The Ministry of Environment and Water published a list of nearly 70 mineral springs, which can be managed by the Bulgarian municipalities for a period of 25 years. Strelcha is a small town in Central Southern Bulgaria . The World Bank will extend EUR 81 million for the upgrade of municipal infrastructure in Bulgaria under an agreement approved by the government on Thursday.
