The newly-appointed Pazardjik regional governor has referred back for further fine-tuning a decision of the city council to sell 237 ha of land to Real States, a representative of international corporation Helium Energy, for the construction of a 30 mln lev solar photovoltaic installation between villages Sbor and Apriltsi. The governor objects to the decision on the grounds that some of the land earmarked for the solar installation is classified as woodland in pursuance of the Forests Act and that the investment plans have not been co-ordinated with the Pazardjik forestry board.
