Accidents: Light earthquake near Panagyurishte Municipality Panagyurishte >> Wednesday, 2009-02-04 17:12 Source: Novinite.com A light earthquake was felt in some parts of Bulgaria Wednesday afternoon, Bulgarian information agencies reported citing the Geophysics Institute at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. The earthquake had a magnitude of 3.0 on the Richter Scale. There are no reports of material damages or casualties. The epicenter was about 70 km southeast of Bulgaria`s capital, in the Panagurichte municipality. The shocks have not been felt in Sofia.
