The Road Infrastructure Agency (RIA) will fine 11 companies responsible for winter cleaning of national roads to pay more than BGN 424,000, the agency reported. The penalty was imposed after checking the work done in November and December. Bulgarian municipalities have intensified their interest in the utilisation of mineral springs, which the Bulgarian state grants them under gratuitous concession.
