The financial institutions in question are: DSK Bank, Postbank , UBB Bank , Raiffeisenbank, CIBank, Central Cooperative Bank, and the Bulgarian-American Credit Bank. The fund will provide 80% of the guarantees on credits allocated to beneficiaries. Interest rates should be between 7% and 8%.

Under the accord, Fibank will be lending money for Taiwanese imports. Funding terms range from 6 to 12 months for non-durable goods and between 6 months and 5 years for durable ones.
