Roads in Bulgaria are accessible. Temperatures vary between -5 and five degrees Celsius. Rain is falling in the regions of Ruse, Shumen, Turgovishte, Byala Slatina and Elena. Visibility is good.

Snowy regions at higher altitudes are currently being processed. Etropole-Zlatitsa, Tvurditsa-Elena, Prohod na Repiblikata, Troyan-Kurnare and Vurbishki passes are closed. Falling rock danger exists in the regions of Troyan-Kurnare pass, the Iskur and Kresna gorges and on the Sofia-Samokov, Mezdra-Botevgrad, Asenovgrad-Smolyan, Yugovo-Luki and Krichim-Devin roads.
