Plamen Markov remains manager of the national football team

Sofia: The national soccer manager Plamen Markov will keep his position after the session of the Executive board of the Bulgarian Football Union. Despite the fact that a lot of the members do not approve of his results in the world qualifications, Markov will remain on the position.

The executive management will also investigate another interesting case. The chief of the Disciplinary commission Atanas Furnadjiev has no right to occupy the position, because he has no jurisprudence education. Furnadjiev is an economist, whilethe Code of the Bulgarian Soccer Union demands that the Chief of the Disciplinary Commission is a lawyer.

As it is well known, the member of the Executive Board Hristo Portochanov confronted Furnadjiev and will demand his discharge today.
