" I expect interest rates on loans in Bulgaria to nosedive very soon ," Finance Minister Simeon Dyankov declared during his visit to the town of Vratsa . According to No.1 Financier, the downward trend in interest rates has been traceable as of September 20. Corporate Commercial Bank (CCB) JSC cut the red tape to a new location in Tryavna. Thus, the number of CCB offices countrywide now runs up to 40. The new facility, perched downtown, will be offering the full range of products and services. CCB officials said the bank was pretty soon opening new locations in Kurdzhali and Vratsa. CCB is Bulgaria’s 10th largest bank. It scored 45% rise in interest gains in Q3 of 2008.
