A 31-year-ild man was detained Tuesday over charges of fornication with an underage boy in Bulgaria`s village of Eliseyna. The arrest came after a security guard in a non-functioning local kindergarten saw the man attacking the 9-year-old child. The detainee is a colleague of the victim`s father, police authorities reported. Both work in a construction company in the capital city of Sofia and the paedophile was visiting his colleague`s family in the country. After the police nabbed him, the attacker confessed he often came to the family`s house and fornicated with the children after saying he is to take care of them. The investigation on the case continues.

Main road E-79 will be blocked Wednesday by protesting milk producers from the entire district, Focus News Agency’s correspondent reported. According to a milk producer from the village of Borovan, Evgeni Chervenyashki, about 1,000 people from the 10 municipalities in the district will take to the streets. Farmers insist that the state should allot a subsidy of EUR 100 million to assist them in feeding their animals.
