60-year-old Tsvetan Lyubenov was found dead at his home in the village of Kapitanovsti, district of Vidin, mayor if the village, Vladimir Aristotelov, informed Radio FOCUS – Vidin. The mother found the dead body of her son. There is evidence for violence death, as the hands and legs of the man have been stuck together with scotch tape, the mayor informed. The body was sent for an autopsy.
