Bulgaria police reported they have seized 9 kilos of cannabis from an 81-year-old man from the north-western village of Topolovets. As autumn nears, police have launched operations against growers of cannabis in the village regions of Bulgaria, where many old people are reportedly engaged in growing the illegal plant to sell to dealers.
