Level of Danube River close to the town of Silistra has increased by 11cm over the last 24 hours reaching 794cm, press centre of the Agency for Exploration and Maintenance of the Danube River announced. The level of the water close to Ruse is up by 4cm reaching 816cm; in Nikopol  - by 1 cm to 789cm. The paper mill near the Danubian town of Nikopol will come back online after halting operations for a year and a half, said executive director Ivo Yordanov.
