A minor earthquake was registered in the region of the eastern Bulgarian town of Provadia, the Ministry of Extraordinary situations announced. According to the information the earthquake had a magnitude of 3.8 and its epicenter was located at about 350 km northeast from capital Sofia. No casualties or devastation have been reported so far.

Two people were slightly injured and transported to the hospital in town of Provadia after a bus carrying Polish tourists hit a truck on the Hemus highway, connecting the capital Sofia with the coastal city of Varna. The 30-year-old driver of the bus suffered bruises and a Polish tourist has a knee contusion, doctors reported. There were many children travelling on the bus but luckily no one of them was hurt. Authorities are still trying to determine the reason behind the accident.
