The Road Infrastructure Agency (RIA) will fine 11 companies responsible for winter cleaning of national roads to pay more than BGN 424,000, the agency reported. A(H1N1) virus claimed its first victim in the town of Targovishte (Northeast Bulgaria), Dr. Rayna Zheynova with the Regional Inspectorate for Protection and Control of Public Health announced for Radio FOCUS - Shumen.The victim is 54-year-old man from the town of Opaka.
