Razgrad Municipality have already designated a plot of land at the local Orel District for construction of two houses, a new shelter to all orphans, currently inhabiting two local orphanages. About 40 towns and villages in the region of Gabrovo in Bulgaria are without electricity as a result of power lines disconnected by the strong wind in the area, the Bulgarian Natural Disaster Management Ministry announced for FOCUS News Agency. According to the information eight villages in the region of Montana and another eight in the region of Razgrad are also with no electric power.
