The Bulgarian Environmental Minister Dzhevdet Chakurov has issued a ban on construction activities in the area of the Black Sea cape Kaliakra , the Ministry`s press-center reported. The decree aims at preserving and protecting the nature and the species included in the NATURA 2000 program.
