Belgian renewable energy company Electrawinds said it launched a 11.4 million euro wind farm in Bulgaria. The wind farm is located in Shabla , on the Black Sea coast , and consists of eight wind turbines with a combined annual output of 15,700 megawatt hours (MWh), the company said in a statement published on its website on Thursday.
